Product Description
QuantaFlex® is a series UHMWPE based fabrics including pure UHMWPE fabrics, UHMWPE/glass hybrid fabric and UHMWPE/PET hybrid fabric, with warp-knitted multi-axial structure or plain-woven. QuantaFlex® is designed as composite reinforcement solution. As well known, UHMWPE fiber is an unique performance fiber with high tenacity and low density. Tenacity reach 45cN/dtex which is 1.5-2.0 times against aramid, meanwhile its density is only 0.97g/cm3 which is even floatable on water. Besides, due to its high dense surface structure, UHMWPE fiber is highly cut resistance and highly tear resistance. Combined with our unique fiber treatment technology, QuantaFlex® is an excellent fabrics product with high strength, low weight, high tear and cut resistance, and above 72mN/m2 surface energy which highly compatible with UP, EP, VE and etc resins.
